I’m still waiting for volume 2. If I had known this much time would pass without Marvel publishing a ASM Omnibus volume 2 I would’ve just bought the re-released softcover Masterworks series which cover over the first 100 ASM issues. Fantastic Four omnibus already has 2 volumes don’t know why Marvel is dragging their feet on Spider-Man.

The first print went out of print (OOP), so if your’e buying a new book from amazon – it should be the 2nd print in 99% of the cases. It’d be bad luck to receive a 1st print of this omnibus.

As for this review, I agree. My New X-Men omnibus, while I love the writing of Grant Morrison, is massively hindered by being released with glue. It’s hard to see many of the pages, good luck reading that book without having to hold every page down. If it were reprinted I’d be delighted and would purchase it again.

How do you know if you’re ordering the first edition or the second? I checked Amazon, and I can’t find where it’s stated.
